# Product Issues and Product Bugs

At Sofy, a _product issue_ is an umbrella category for all varieties of product bugs. With Sofy, you can create an issue while performing a test: Sofy enables testers to create different type of issues directly within the product.

#### Issue types

The following types of issues can be created within the Sofy platform while performing Manual or Adhoc Testing:

1. Performance
2. Crash
3. UI or UX issues
4. Product functional issues

#### Creating issues

To create an issue in Sofy, complete the following steps:

1. First, **get a device** ( [for a step-by-step guide to acquiring a device, click here](https://docs.sofy.ai/getting-started/getting-started-guide))
2. After installation of the application, **select one of the test case to run**
3. During test execution, **click on the Issue icon**
4. Add all the **values** of the issue
   - Title of the issue
   - Type of issue
   - Add device log
5. Click on **Create Issue**
