# Creating a Bug or Issue during Manual Testing

You can create [an issue](https://docs.sofy.ai/understanding-sofy/issues) during [manual testing](https://docs.sofy.ai/mobile-manual-testing/running-manual-tests). To do so, complete the following steps:

1. Click on the **Create Issue Icon** in the **Action Bar**.
2. Provide **details** regarding the issue.
